Sarin is 1 m 45cm tall. His father is 29cm taller than him. Find the total height of both of them. Give your answer in metres and centimetres.

            1 m = 100cm

            1 m 45 cm = 145cm

            From the model

            Father is 145cm + 29cm = 174cm

            Their total height = 145cm + 174cm = 319cm = 3m 19cm
