The pie chart represents the number of red, yellow and blue marbles that Fatimah in possessions after a round of Congkak games. There are 11 more red than yellow marbles. How many yellow marbles are there?

 

 Solution:

 

 

 

 

                        Refer to the Pie Chart

                        The red marbles is 11 more than yellow marbles

                        Yellow marbles is a quarter in the pie chart

                        The number of blue marbles = 37

                        Half of the pie chart = 37 + 11 = 48 marbles

                        The number of yellow marbles = 48 ÷ 2 = 24
