Hairu enjoys collecting of stickers as well as he is willing to shares his stickers with Sarin. He knows that Sarin collected quite a lot of stickers. They have so much fun when they are discussing about their collection.

Sarin had 6 times as many stickers as Hairu. After Hairu gave 220 stickers to Sarin, Sarin had 3490 more stickers than Hairu. How many stickers did Hairu have left?

Per the above model,

          1 unit = (3490 – 220 – 220) ÷ 5 = 3050 ÷ 5 = 610

          Sarin left with 610 – 220 = 390 stickers
